Returns Overview

At Nestcroft, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy outlined below.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging where possible.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Certain products may not qualify for return, including:

  • Made-to-order or customised items
  • Clearance or final-sale products
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • Photos of the item if applicable

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original delivery charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.


Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct product exchanges. In most cases, approved returns will be refunded and a new order can be placed separately.
